What is HERD?
HERD is a Solana token and a bot built to follow its holders. It looks at what the largest holders own, ranks those coins, and uses creator fees to follow the most popular eligible choice.
The holders shape the strategy through their wallets. The rules decide the trades.
Current wallet balances and confirmed activity are available on the overview.
How it works

Watch the holders
Every hour, HERD checks the ten largest eligible holder wallets. Project wallets and program-owned pools are excluded.
- 02
Count their holdings
Each wallet gets one vote for each eligible coin it holds worth at least $1. Coins are ranked by the number of wallets holding them.
- 03
Buy the top-ranked coin
The strategy puts spendable trading SOL into the #1 coin. Fresh creator fees can fund another buy in the next hour. A small SOL reserve covers network fees.
- 04
Keep the top five
Previous buys stay while they remain in the top five. A coin leaving that group is sold. The strategy holds at most five managed positions and reinvests sale proceeds.
What it can buy
The strategy excludes the global top 20 coins by market cap, stablecoins, SOL and HERD itself. Coins need usable market data to qualify.
A held coin that becomes ineligible is scheduled for sale. If there is no eligible winner, the trading allocation stays in SOL.
When it sells
It sells when a coin leaves the top five or becomes excluded. There is no price target, stop-loss or automatic equal weighting.
If an exit cannot complete, the bot retains the position and will not open a sixth managed holding.
Where creator fees go
Trading
Funds buys selected by the holder ranking.
Treasury
Covers marketing and operational costs.
Buyback & burn
Buys HERD and burns the purchased tokens.
The split applies to newly collected creator fees. Sale proceeds are reinvested without being split again. The dashboard counts creator fees collected by this worker from confirmed receipts.
What the AI does
OpenRouter powers commentary about confirmed activity. It does not pick coins or override the trading rules.

Public wallets
HERD token on SolscanWallet balances and transaction receipts are public. Token values are estimates, and unsolicited tokens can appear in the wallet.
